In 2020 Dr Hall and colleagues conducted a scoping review of models of community-based preconception care funded by Public Health England. The work included public engagement with women of reproductive age and consultation with experts. We described case studies of existing practice but found no comprehensive community models of preconception care in the literature and so we developed a new model. This is currently being written up for publication.
